Every person I work with is uniquely different - coming from different backgrounds and heading in different directions. But what they have in common is the need to concentrate on what is truly important to them. I help my clients discover their purpose and (re)connect with what matters most. Whether it is about their career or life as a whole, I support them in clarifying their vision and finding the best way to realise it, within their context and the world they are part of. My calm and inquisitive approach allows me to challenge my clients to explore different perspectives and possibilities, make choices aligned with their values and achieve their desired outcomes. In my work as a coach and in the work of my clients I value truth and accountability. I have been described as open, direct and authentic.

 

Professional Background

My coaching is informed by years of working in operations, training and organisational transformation with some of the world’s leading brands. The experience I gained in the corporate world gave me an in depth understanding of the vital role of coaching in people's growth, development and learning, and in enhancing inclusive and effective leadership. I see leadership as a privilege to inspire change and make a positive impact. Outside of coaching I’m actively involved in sustainability and environmental protection, which is my passion
