You At Your Best (online)

You At Your Best is for people who want to re-connect with their purpose, who want to stay focused on what matters to them and who want to get back to their best. In a nutshell, You At Your Best is for people who just want life to go more the way it should. This programme is designed to get you back on top form, mastering life and work like a superstar. 

First, we’ll orientate you. You’ll receive your own personalised report that highlights what’s going well and what needs some attention. We’ll talk it through with you and create with you a flexible plan you can focus on for the next 6 months.

Then we’ll build a mini-community. You’ll join the other nine people on the programme on a monthly video call to share your successes, issues and ideas. You’ll use this personal network to leverage each other’s strengths. Someone who struggles with accountability, for example, can talk to someone else who is doing well at that. Someone who is great at maintaining their energy, say, can share their secrets with others who need them.

The discussions are reflective and rich. All leave with more clarity about what to do next. Lessons emerge about how to master life and work.

At the end you’ll get a new report showing the progress you’ve made and a new plan to stay on track. You get to keep the network of friends you’ve made, however you want to stay in touch.
