About the Event
On this 3-hour workshop you'll begin to recognise the unconscious limitations that have been imposed on you since...well, a long time ago. We'll explore the various sources of these limitations and our own role in allowing it to happen. We'll also look at the ways in which being 'in a box' are helpful and provide psychological safety. Having begun to notice limitations, choices emerge about how to step - or burst - beyond them. You'll leave with a new perspective, a plan and some inspiration. You'll understand the ways in which you have unintentionally boxed in others. And you'll continue to notice your own and society's imaginary limitations for days, weeks, years afterwards.
